There are lots of clinicians keen to contribute to this study at my hospital – is authorship limited to a maximum number of collaborators?

Our protocol specifies a maximum of 3 collaborators per team.  However, if there are more clinicians or students keen to participate at your hospital, it is possible to submit data for more than one data collection period, with different teams for each period - please note the data collection periods must not overlap [...]

Is my hospital eligible to participate? What if we undertake very few cancer surgery cases?

Any hospital performing surgery for breast, gastric or colon cancer is eligible to participate, regardless of size, location, specialization or funding sources.  In order to participate, you must submit ALL consecutive eligible cases that are undertaken within your chosen data collection period.  As long as this means that at least  one case is undertaken [...]

What if my institution has lots of complications during the short data collection period? Is there a possibility that I could cause embarrassment to my hospital or country?
