The data validation study is currently ongoing and then the data analysis phase of the study will get underway.

Still looking for a way to join GlobalSurg 2?

Patient recruitment for GlobalSurg 2 is now completion, but it is not too late to be part of our next publication by joining GlobalSurg 2 as a data validator

Validation is an important part of the study ensuring that data collected is of high quality. We are now recruiting a data validator at each centre that has submitted data into GlobalSurg 2.

To act as a validator you should:

be a qualified doctor or nurse
be independent of the team collecting data at your centre
have access to theatre logbooks
have read the GlobalSurg protocol and completed associated training modules

All validators will receive citation as collaborators on GlobalSurg 2 publications.
