Teams that have not yet confirmed their data entry via the ‘Data Entry Completion’ form in the ‘Authorship’ project of their REDCap account have until 23:59 (GMT) Sunday 24th March to do so

Finalisation of your ‘Data Collection Completion’ form is urgently required

If your team has not yet entered the dates of your data collection period and ticked the box to confirm your data entry is complete you need to do so urgently

If you do not complete this form in the Authorship project of your REDCap account by 23:59 GMT Sunday 24th March 2019 your data will be removed from the project and your team will not be included in the authorship list
