Reminder: Data Update Required for GlobalSurg 2 Patient Records

Thank you to everyone who has updated their records in REDCap to include gender on the patient demographics form.

Could we please remind all collaborators, especially those who entered data at the beginning of the study, to log back into their REDCap accounts and add the data on patient gender.

Please also use this opportunity to check all your data is entered correctly, particularly variables relating to antibiotic resistance.

Please note the deadline for all data to be entered into REDCap is 23:59 (GMT) September 11th 2016

Anyone unable to access their REDCap account please contact [email protected] and we will reset your account for you
